While counseling together, we will create an annual budget to achieve your financial goals while protecting earnings. Quarterly Budget vs. Actual spending reports will measure success.
We will enter all checks and payments, record Deposits/Credits to bank account(s), run and track payroll for each pay period.
Christy's will reconcile/adjust all accounts including Checking Account(s), Savings, Register Cash, petty cash, Credit Cards, Loans, Inventory, Sales Tax (or other Tax Payable Liability accounts), Customer Credit, Interstore/multi-store Transfers, Prepaid Accounts, and Paid in Capital.
Analyze Profit and Loss (monthly) and Balance Sheet Reports (quarterly) and email copies to owners. We can prepare these for you at any time should you need for other purposes, i.e. relocation, new business loans, tax purposes, etc.
Christy's will verify all accounts are accurate, submit necessary files or docs, and record annual adjustment entries.
We will adjust inventories annually based on physical inventory as well as prepare journal entries.

1. Create shared access to a Quickbooks file.
2. Notify me of any “unusual” transaction types (e.g., we assume purchases from OfficeMax, Staples, Target, Walmart, etc. are for office supplies unless you let us know differently, or checks to cash or deposits to the bank are from register cash).
3. Provide (email) monthly checking, credit card, loan and/or payroll statements in a .pdf format by the 10th of each month for the previous month, or provide us with user access and we will collect them.
4. You will write your own checks and pay company bills. Christy's will not obtain or request check-writing authorization.
5. Provide access to prior years of tax return documents.
6. Provide any reports applicable to the financial records of the company.
